Information May Change
Government offices can revise addresses, phone numbers, procedures, portal fields, and public-access rules without notice. Custody rosters may also reflect processing delays. Piute County does not operate a jail, which means the arresting office and the physical custodian can be different agencies. Sevier County Jail is the principal serving jail for sentenced Piute cases, but another facility may hold a person in an individual matter.
We do not guarantee that each fact is complete, accurate, or current. Confirm custody, release, transfer, office hours, fees, and request procedures with the office that controls the record. Call before traveling to a facility, sending money, arranging pickup, or acting on a projected release date. A name disappearing from a current roster does not by itself prove community release.

UDC maintains state-prison and current-supervision information, while courts and the Board maintain their own decisions.
To confirm custody or obtain a record, contact the sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, Board, federal agency, or other issuing office that controls it. Utah government record requests may be subject to GRAMA, Title 63G Chapter 2, including lawful classification, redaction, fees, and response procedures.
